Principle

The principle of the company, Mr. Grant Meenach, has over 30 years experience in underground construction, as well as engineering consultation, estimating, and equipment operations. 

Work Experience Summary

Kern Pacific Construction Company, established in July of 1998, is a growing company providing all phases of underground excavation installation, backfill and compaction for wet and dry utilities, including sewer, sewer lift stations, water, storm drain, canal, wiers, bridges, irrigation dewatering wet project sites, paving and concrete structures. Kern Pacific Construction Co. is also well versed in conduit installation, cold cable and gas main installation on PG & E projects with applicant install.

Estimating Staff

We have the most experienced estimating staff available with a combined experience of over 100 years. 

Superintendents

Our superintendent works directly with the foremen on a daily basis and is in charge of all field operations.

Foremen

We have numerous foremen with a combined experience of over a 150 years.  Our foremen are capable of handling all onsight operations.

Fieldhands

Our field hands consist of equipment operators, pipe layers, laborers, grade checkers, concrete finishers, and other specialists. 

Equipment Maintenance

We have an in house Maintenance Supervisor & Mechanic which allows us very little down time.  Our equipment is top of the line and in compliance with the  Air Resources Board
